We're looking for a highly motivated and talented Head of Product to join Sanjow team in Lisbon. Your main responsibility will be to manage and develop one or more of our projects in the Online Travel industry. You will be responsible of the quality of the product and of the service we provide to our client and you will be in charge of coordinating our different teams (tech, billing, marketing,…) for the projects you will be responsible of. You should have demonstrated knowledge/passion for the e-commerce sector. We're a small team at Sanjow, be ready to get your hands dirty!

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop our different Products and Services
• Improve our client's onboarding and retention
• Hire and manage a team of Product Managers
• Be in charge of the quality of the Products and Services
• Manage different service providers
• Coordinate our different teams (tech, billing, marketing, …) for our different projects
• Find, test and launch new products and new offers that would fit our portfolio
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Add value to business each day by providing the right information at the right time
• Implements new ideas and recommendations to improve current processes.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar
• Knowledge of Online Marketing
• Experience in the Online Travel industry is a plus
• Strong analytical abilities, and a tech background are a plus but not a requisite
• Some advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills (Ninja level is a plus)
• A multicultural background is a plus, you have explored the world and ideally, speak more than two languages
• Great organizational skills
• Ideally some form of entrepreneurial experience
• Curiosity, passion, a lot of energy, ambition and a great sense of humour (or at least one we can understand)
